Previews suggest its more of the same. Erratic controls, glitchy gameplay, annoying PS2 era traits. BUT its affectionate, has a unique art style and is original. Just like ICO and SotColossus.

Both of which I adore. Replayed ICO just over a year ago and all of the above was true, but that hasn’t changed my view of it being one of the most wonderful gaming experiences ever.

Even if its just more of the same, I’m tempted to buy a Ps4 to play it, such is my love of Ueda.

Online gaming really brings out the worst in some people. Haven’t been into competitive console stuff in years but I can’t imagine much has changed, was awful a lot of the time.

Got the Witcher DLC in the Steam sale with the idea of replaying it, maybe get jiggy with the black-haired one this time. When I looked at it, I realised there was a whole bunch of free DLC just sat in my account that I hadn’t installed.

Now I’m just kind of looking at it. Summoning the willpower.

It’s the only thing that surpasses bad matching algorithms in terms of keeping me away from most online games. The last thing I want from a game is to go into an online match fairly green only to be paired with a Level 72 expert who not only wipes the floor with me but slags off everything they can about me because of my shitness (which I’m only too aware of) while doing it.

Anyone been playing Final Fantasy 15? I’ve heard some pretty great things, though mostly about the first half of the game.

it’s surprisingly poor right? It’s silly fun but the handling makes me unable to take it seriously it’s like driving on ice.

Yeah got it on Saturday, not done too much on it though but seems great. The combat is really different from other FF games but I quite like it. It is very silly

I’m waiting for reviews really, will pick it up at some point I’m sure but I’m not sure how I’ll get on with what seems to be a vaguely real-world, contemporary looking setting?
