Is that the 1001%? That’s some perseverance. I haven’t even unlocked The Lost yet.

A few: Arkham Asylum, Assassin’s Creed 2, Arkham City, various indie or xbla type things where it’s not such a big deal, Child of Eden. I’m also going to claim my 100% completion on WipeOut Fusion amounts to the same thing!

Need to get round to killing Lawrence and finishing the Chalice dungeons to nail Bloodborne. Been banging my head against the defiled Watchdog for a bit. I know how to do him, I just lack the patience.

It hasn’t.

Lawrence only went down for me when I resorted to spamming Whirligig L2. Time it right and you can do 2-3k damage at a time.

Unlocking Lost is a bit tedious but not hard. Completing anything with Lost? Different story.

Might get Stardew Valley as it is out on the ps4 and HERD it is pretty good.

Still really enjoying FF XV, going to go for the Platinum on it as it is actually quite obtainable on one (long) playthrough unlike other games where you have to play the same game about 50 times, this is fine if it is a good game like bloodborne where there isnt loads of dialogue but on others it is just tedious.

Lionhead posted a l33t haxx0r’s poetry on The Internet

Rocket League
Sleeping Dogs DE
Ether One

So, Lawrence didn’t really cause me too many problems in the end. I mean, these things are all relative and it’s still into double figures in total but it only took 2 or 3 attempts once I was comfortable getting him to his final phase .

Looking forward to Defiled Amygdala next…

Patiently waiting for some sort of news about Super Mario Run on Android

just checked and I have 12 - if it’s a game i like and it’s not a massive chore* then i’ll usually give it a go, especially if it gives me a reason to play the game again/more. not one of those chumps who plays games solely for the platinum though.

full list because i know you care:

Danganronpa
Persona 4 Dancing All Night
Uncharted 1 Remaster
Batman: Arkham Knight
Person 4 Golden
Virtue’s Last Reward
Batman: Arkham City
Metal Gear Solid 3
Uncharted 2
Uncharted 1
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Resident Evil 5

*sometimes they turn into a massive chore (hi Danganronpa!) but as i’m stubborn i’ll still persist and get it, depends innit

currently splitting my time between three games:

  • Pokemon Sun: i like it. haven’t played a Pokemon game since Gen 1 (had Blue, got Yellow when they released them on the store earlier in the year but got bored in a cave full of Zubats and never went back) so obviously it’s a bit of a jump but it’s really good. probably helps that mrs_t_england has Moon so we can trade and occasionally battle. completed it at the weekend, team was Decidueye, Snorlax, Zygarde, Magmortar, Gyarados and Solgaleo, but since then Magmortar and Gyarados have been phased out in favour of whatever Litten and Popplio eventually evolve into. also have a box full of Littens that i might wonder trade out just for fun at some point.

  • FM17: i like it. obviously picked Brentford and, apart from season 1 when i signed a well past it Jay Tabb for sentimental reasons, i’ve been buying youth players and developing them. seems to be working as i’m in my 5th season and I’m 6th in the Premier League at Christmas. just signed a kid who has been dubbed the new Michael Owen, fortunately he seems to be a good pacy striker rather than a shite commentator. no idea how many films he’s seen though. aim is to win the league, then go abroad, first stop for me usually is Inter but might swing by Germany first, dunno yet.

  • F1 2016: i like it. playing in a regular online league/championship thing with full 22 player grids where they’re (generally) not idiots makes it loads more fun, and i got a wheel on Black Friday which is pretty ace, so hoping to play a load of this when i’m off and i don’t get whinged at for playing a game with a pretend steering wheel fixed to an ironing board.

Was flying playing FFXV but got to a mission and it is really crap (stealth, you get spotted you start again) and cant be bothered with that in a game that doesnt have the correct stealth mechanics for that. So now playing Stardew Valley which is a ridiculous time sink and pretty nice playing a game like that after a few heavy going ones.

Reading this is making me really want to buy football manager, which I’ll hopefully get as a present. Sounds a bit daft but I like thinking up little stories and personality traits for my players, being sentimental can be strangely fulfilling.

Max-levelled my Siren on Borderlands 2; getting taken to the cleaners by everyone now, despite having the Bee and an Infinity pistol. Urgh.

kiiina want to play borderlands again on PC…maybe I’ll play that pre-sequel one as I never touched that

I had the pre-sequel on my xbox, but then it broke and I’d only played about an hour. Oh well. Didn’t like the jumping around/floaty space bullshit on it much.

I only got about an hour into that too. Couldn’t be arsed with the early Borderlands thing where all your weapons are terrible and it takes ages to kill anything.

just really want a fun game to play guys

everything is boring
