Evening all 
Had an all-day training session on mental health and resilience. Was pretty good actually - was meant to be about managing stress in our teams but ended up being a bit of a managers’ group therapy session.
Going to have a bottle of Salcombe Lifesaver and watch some TV, I think

What happened?
Finding interview prep more excruciating than the application.
Basically had to take loads of stuff out to fit the word count of the application and now adding it all back in to my interview prep document

I’m in Digbeth to go see BC Camplight.
Digbeth has weird vibes, like if you kicked random bits of the northern quarter into an industrial estate.
Had carrot cake. Oh, sorry, that should be sultana cake. Evil evil sultana cake. Ruined my day.
Need to go and feed the neighbour’s cat but m just told me she put their keys in her pocket last week when i wasn’t looking and she left the jacket at…someone’s house. So having a meltdown about that rn
