Yesterday was an absolute write-off, threw up three times. Forgot how excruciating doing that is.

Went out last night and didn’t drink a drop of booze! Very proud of myself even if I did smoke a couple of fags. Still knackered though because i didn’t get to bed until about 2 and the kids were up at six

Has a lively evening with friends. Got back to Reading and grabbed a swift one on the way home. Just before we left, i out a quid in a machine in the hope of playing a quiz. Pressed a button then pressed another button as it didn’t seem to be loading and then a bunch of pounds sterling started fallung out if it. I think it kight have been a fruit machine but it didn’t really look like one. Anyway, that was fortuitous. Ooh also last fast train update: the last fast train was on time and we were on it and it and was really fast, like 23 minutes fast. What a night.
For some reason, most likely a very clever one, i rolled my leftover pizza into a cone shape when boxing it up, so i’m looking forward to a cone of dough for breakfast.
Need to blow my nose but someone is currently asleep in my chest, so it might be a while

My alarm went off at 5.15 for a big bike ride but I’d slept about two hours so I fucked that off and went back to sleep. Awake now, weather looks nice but I’m feeling really sad and I’m still tired so it’s gonna take all my strength to get up and do something with my day 
i recommend some form of eggs on toast

It’s a grey day in the 'Diff today. Had a lie in for the first time in [unknown] so that was nice. Today is mainly going to involve tidying the house, going to Lidl (yes!), walking the dug and doing some work. Activate Sunday!
Gonna do that Sodha recipe for eggs kejriwal this morning. Mustard and cheese make for some great bedfellows.

Buzzing from last night. Met some absolute top DiSers and had the best time in spite of my laptop issues. Today is brunch with pals, drive back to Leeds and prepare for starting my new job tomorrow.
