Good recent-ish albums by "heritage acts" (a non-Rolling Stones thread)

Just listened to a William Bell album from last year. It’s pretty good. Al Green’s with The Roots as well. Springsteen’s done alright since the mid-90s too.

Anyone want to share a good album that you wouldn’t normally discuss with someone of your own generation?

This thread reminds me that I still need to listen to the entirety of Psychedelic Pill (not sure why I haven’t gotten around to it), but “Ramada Inn” from 2012 might be the best Neil Young song I’ve ever heard.

The long jammed-out ones on that album are great (Ramada Inn included). I’ll need to give it another spin.
