I got an email inviting me to look at my Google Timeline based on it spying on me and where I’ve gone for the last ten years or so.
It’s amazingly accurate in the main and I found it pretty fascinating. Then I noticed a couple of red dots in Scotland where, to my shame, I’ve not been for 30 years.
After a little investigation I discovered that I drove to Dundee from the End of the Road festival near Salisbury last month. Perhaps as an alternative to being driven back to Norwich by my friend.
I find this really useful, and often think that if I’m accused of any murders then I can use this to show that I was nowhere near the scene of the crime.
Use this all the time to fill in my work timesheet based on when I arrived and left the office. Like the monthly roundups too where it pinpoints I went to a slightly out the way Co-op
Got an e-mail about something similar to this last year. Was able to trace full nights out I’d been on that were ten years ago. Would rather this didn’t exist please.
Likewise the Norwich thread, though it’s a bit of a shambles what with people posting when they were in Norwich or where they are in South Norfolk or Broadband districts.
