Got a few job polls, iydm

#1

How many hours do you work per week on average?

(Poll only allows fifty options, so people who pretend to average more than 50 hours a week can reply as a post, i guess).

What’s your total commute time in an average week, door-to-door?

(Just used 24 hours as a max based on a six-day week, two hours each way, but imagine for most it will be a lot less. Again, if you’re, say, a driving salesman/woman and do more you can reply as a post.)

I’m going to guess you’re some sort of auditor?

#6

Voted 2 but it’s probably 1.8 or something because of the occasional weekend day working.

average is 4.6

:frowning:

#11

Why so long?

#12

Ignoring the complexities of tax rates/bands and all that, but just for the craic, dividing your net pay by the days you work, how many days per week would you have to work to cover your essential bills and basics?

dunno…leave my house at 6.45… get to station for 7… train at 5 past…takes 35 mins…then either walk or tram to near work (15 mins or so) then walk to work.

Doesn’t feel like such a chore but is about 1hr 30 door to door

#14

wouldn’t say regularly, but if/when a project needs it I do. But then I get time off in lieu rather than $$$

#15

why cant i choose 1?

#16

It’s a no fibbers thread, pal.

#17

wheres the option for ‘fucks knows?’

#18

well lets say i get £100 a day

thats 400 a month (ish)

My TV and I pay 300 a month each for bills etc…still a bit for “basics”

#19

Same
I prefer a little time back than an extra bit of money tbh

#20

So you’d vote two, in that case.
