Made some great jerk chicken on the weekend. Chicken legs, slash up the thick part of the meat then rub in half a jar of Dunn’s jerk seasoning. It is like a paste, works better than the powder I find. Marinade overnight, 1 hour on gas 4 in the oven, flash on a hot BBQ to crisp up and go all fiery.
