For me it was the opposite. Shite at mental arithmetic or long division and that malarkey.
Algebra, Trigonometry, Theory Based Maths with a calculator was my fucking jam.
(was good at physics and that wasn’t I)
I’ve regressed to the extent that when assisting my dear partner with her marking duties, I had to do all the answers in my head on a year 2 arithmetic test for the first 5 papers before I was comfortable to just blast through them
Anyone who thinks of themselves as "functioning" thunderbirds.gif
What about in terms of ‘high functioning alcoholic’?
This thread has been quite good right? Nice to just have a series of short, free-form chats sometimes isn’t it?

That’s admirable if anything
British people who are only famous in the USA are a bit weird. It’s like a cognitive dissonance - they sound normal but their humour/attitude/mannerisms are v American. WEIRD.
Gissan eg, friend.
That John Oliver twat. Craig Ferguson. The “northern” lady from Frasier (HATE HER CHARACTER - HATE FRASIER IN GENERAL THOUGH - but mostly because her ‘british’ character is very unrealistic.)
Cant stand john oliver. Think id rather watch ricky gervais
I’ve got another opinion.
You know on celebrity versions of quiz shows when they’re playing for charity yeah? It’s a bit harsh when it’s one of those shows with adversaries like Eggheads or The Chase and that to make Mark The Beast Labbett or whoever have to be actively playing to stop charities getting money innit.
I’m fairly sure Westwood used to say that a lot
I am of the opinion that you are watching eggheads right now.
That is a correct assessment of the situation.
Thanks for your support Bozo.
You’re welcome
You blooming well can, and it’s lovely. Like an alco-nico-waterfall
He’s good on Rick & Morty though.
I think Colin the Caterpillars are as good if not probably a bit better than Percy Pigs but you don’t see people going on about them as much
