there’s gonna be a bit in the battle where team human are stomping all kinds of ass and thinking they’ve won and then the NK will do the old arm raise and boom shitloads of the dead will rise in the middle of the battlefield but amongst the troops and team human will realise they are fucked

Easy to get Howl’s moving castle confused with Howland’s moving castle (yes this is a reference, and no I didn’t pick up on it until reading a listicle of pop-culture references in ASOIAF the other week)

In the books it’s more obvious that the story is a tall tale: Tormund says that he found a giant, slit its stomach to hide in the warmth, and then was raised as a giant’s child.

I’d argue that detached and regal are something that Emelia Clarke does quite well - I like her far better as queen than I did in the early series.

Nah, Robyn Arryn is still alive isn’t he? But there’s still the riverlands, the reach, and the stormlands going spare (stormlands should go to gendry tho, imo).
