Doesn’t exist in the US basically so I don’t think it’s publicity. They first started late last year.

It was Polygon @-ing them which sparked it.

I’ve also seen it used in public policy .g. a nonce bureaucrat is someone rotated into a role for a one off job

These crypto people are clearly at it though and using child abuse as a funny joke to make more money, fuck them
