Robin is a standard first name and Banks is a last name thus legitimately the name ‘Robin Banks’ can exist.
Robbin isn’t a standard name. By taking the stage name “Robbin Banks” instead of “Robin Banks” you are basically ruining the whole point of a pun name. May as well just call your self Robbing Banks and be done at that point.
