Sometimes I go to a local vegan place and slice up a Mattesson’s that I’ve brought myself onto the dish. They don’t mind.

Weird that pig is the only breakfast meat land animal.

Yeah I’ve had fry ups for breakfast and had to use beef or chicken sausages and it’s just not right.

Reckon you could make a full English in that London but call it ‘pig, three ways’ or something and charge the pricks £25 a pop

‘Cylindrical pig, smoked & sliced pig, mixed funghi, pan-fried ova of hen, potato gratin triangles, haricot beans in a tomato broth - £32’

Again it feels shortchanged to me. A big mushroom and some cherry toms vs an egg and some bacon. A veggie sausage and hash browns vs Cumberland sausage and black pudding. Feels like the Mega will have more calories and should cost more.

I remember going to a burger place and the veg burger was a large burger sized mushroom. Same price as the beef patty

Really hate when the veggie burger is just a portobello mushroom. Absolute state of it.

People shouldn’t care about calories imo.

I care about not being starving an hour and a half later.

As a veggie this is a very real issue with some meals you buy.

You should just order 2 breakfasts in that case.

Thank you! This has been pssing me off for years

Hahaha, I went looking for the same thing!

First time I went to the States it blew my mind they have steaks on the breakfast menu. Deviant behaviour if you ask me.

Steak & eggs is a pretty good brunch imo.

I have in the past. Fucking expensive but cooked breakfast plus pancakes is pretty incredible as a 1-2

I had wings for breakfast in DC, with scrambled eggs and a giant waffle. Blew my mind a bit when they brought me a bottle of Frank’s and a jug of maple syrup
