Greatest Width in Quality Between Restaurant and Supermarket Version

It’s gotta be naan bread hasn’t it? Can’t beat restaurant quality naan bread without a tandoori oven. Anyone get any onions on this matter?

Prefer the supermarket ones tbh. Restaurant ones are always greasy as hell.

had braised shallots w/root vegetable mash in a red wine jus (and otto’s lentils) last night.

Naan from a local independent owned shop are dead good though

Once decided to make some batches of about three different Ottolenghi salads for a week’s worth of lunches. Took about 1,000 hours to chop everything up.
