Stumbled upon this in Fopp last year, for a moment I thought ‘surely not another greatest hits’ and then realised it had been 17 years since International Superhits. Then I realised that compilation had come out just 10 years after their debut album. Felt old.
They cut some great Superhits to make room for their newer stuff…Geek Stink Breath, Stuck With Me, Waiting:
I’ve not paid much attention to them since American Idiot, but someone posted Bang Bang on here quite recently and I was impressed - reminded me of the Insomniac sound.
