Some cool prizes last year were things like books/etc from people’s own collections, selections of booze or local foods. Just nice things for people to receive :slight_smile:

I think first half of November, keep it as far away from secret Santa as possible to spread out the excitement. Plus you and all of us knows how it’ll all work so should be easier to get going.

Can’t wait to think up some prize ideas!

First half of November feels decidedly unfestive though, I won’t be able to do draw videos in a silly jumper, it’ll just feel wrong.
