I’ve stopped using deodorant. I had been applying it up to 4 times a day and it caused a sore patch in one of my armpits, so I stopped and it healed up. I expected to be smelly and sweaty but that didn’t happen so i haven’t started using it again yet. When i actually go out and do stuff I’ll probably start using it again, but not 4 times a day this time.

I’m Asian, so have been using some form of bidet-ing/tp drying from young doubleespresso, but used some of those fancy electronic toilets in Asian countries with the built in sprayers and dryers. Luxury stuff

I love the bum hoses you get in Muslim countries, have only been to 2 (Somaliland and Dubai), shocking that they aren’t widely available. Have been to a friends house where they made one using the sink that makes the tap pour normally or into the hose, but the stupid hot tap/cold tap thing at home means you’ll only either get hot or cold water so there isn’t any point

Yeah, it’s not so much that I smell generally (I don’t think!), but I used to sweat a lot if I caught the tube in to work or cycled in, and we didn’t have showers at the office, so I used to use deodorant.

Got some cushelle quilted, hopefully one day I will feel worthy enough in myself to transition to luxe soft towels :pray:

about the same but def washing my hair less, easier just to tie it up and have a quick 2 min shower. interesting post.

Halved the washing, a shower every other day now - maybe one in three in a low period.

Way more baths for the reasons @lastdino outlined

Probably trimming beard and shaving head less just cos no one there to see if I’m a mess

Clothes washing waaaay down, can rock the same outfit for half a week easy
