Been fine the past few days, thought maybe the tree pollen had died off and I wasn’t so fussed by grass pollen… then about 10pm yesterday my face suddenly exploded with snot, I couldn’t grab tissues fast enough. Never had anything like it. Hope it’s not connected to the fact that I was drinking last night for the first time in a few days…
Last 24 hrs the worst in a while, woke up looking like I’ve had 4 spliffs which is always an excellent look. Been caning the Piriton, any other tips?

Today has been hell. Meds haven’t helped and have just left me feeling sleepy and irritable, I can barely keep my eyes open between sneezes.

Are your employers okay with you taking days off when it’s really bad? Most places i’ve worked at people would snigger at someone needing time off due to hay fever, but at its worst you can barely open your eyes or breathe properly and the headaches can be severe, too.
One of the worst hayfever days I’ve ever had. Nose is just perma-dribbling and I feel so drowsy. Stay strong folks.
