Yeah yesterday was horrendous but today I’m completely fine 
Yeah I’ve been alright today. Apart from my nose being sore from all the snivelling and rubbing yesterday.
this hasn’t quite been the silver bullet I had hoped for but I can run fine so it’s doing the job
very much look like I’ve been in a chlorinated pool all day by about 9pm though
