I only got to episode 6 or 7 or so so I couldn’t in good conscience vote for it (will finish it eventually). I did think it was great though

the sopranos should have stopped after 5 episodes. they’re all exactly the same.

I think that’s something a lot of the standout series - Boardwalk, The Wire and Mad Men (not HBO, i know) have all got in common.

The Sopranos not so much. It did dip in quality a bit, but not in the last series.

insert a few more references to obscure italian foods and that’s literally it

completely agree - very, very few dramas (or comedies, tbf) don’t outstay their welcome.

generation kill’s really good, isn’t it? Might give it a re-watch.

that’s just #america innit. 24 episode seasons are ridic.

i don’t agree with you but i respect your opinion

the only thing i’ve seen more than one episode of is girls so i guess that wins

what are yr top 3 non-HBO dramas, j&monkees?

Far too late.

I think it’s generally taken to just mean a one-off in these days of wringing every last bit from any half-decent television idea.

What? That’s surprising as they definitely weren’t before.

True Detective S2 is really loads better in episodes 5-8 than in 1-4.

That said I’d only watch a S3 if they somehow managed to bring both series together in some kind of unified notion.

Big fan of your choose up to 3 options here.
