What? That’s surprising as they definitely weren’t before.

True Detective S2 is really loads better in episodes 5-8 than in 1-4.

That said I’d only watch a S3 if they somehow managed to bring both series together in some kind of unified notion.

I never got to see it actually. It was that period before we gave into NowTV and we never got around to checking it out.
