I just usually pee before turning the lights out. Don’t generally have to go in the night but usually wake up around 6 needing to.

Drink probably three litres a day, although a lot of that is st work. Can drop down to around 1.5 at weekends with minimal effect

I almost never drink water on its own. I have three or four cups of tea during an eight and a half hour workday and maybe three more cups when I’m at home. I only drink water on its own during spells of hot weather.

Almost never have to take a piss during the night but I might have one if I have to let the cat out.

Fibally got myself 2 (two) of those ridiculous 2.2L jugs gym lads carry around. So good.

Been adding 2 sachets of wild Berry pomegranate sugar free vitamin enriched flavour powder to one, tastes gooood

Drink till late. Wake up at least once for a piss.
