What I typically drink in a day:
Breakfast
250ml fruit juice
250ml water
Work
5 x 250ml water
Evening
2 x 250ml.
If I’m running home, there’ll be an extra 750ml of water in there too.
My last drink of the day might be at about 8.00pm. I never have to get up in the night unless I’ve been drinking alcohol, which is pretty rare for me these days anyway.
