It was a video promoting a recruitment firm, showing the benefits the staff got, which basically included a bunch of absolute lads in shorts and blazers going on a helicopter to Ibiza or something. It was hilarious and awful.

A recruitment office released a video which showed its staff some of the incentives - a luxury holiday, for example - they could get if they worked hard enough. The internet thought it was a parody.
