I’m starting to realise that my answer to this is everything in my spice cupboard that isn’t garlic salt, cloves or basil.
Goes great with pork in all circumstances.
Sage goes pretty well with anything that’s got sausages/sausagemeat in it, but stuffing is the obvious. I always make my own!
