Last time I watched professional wrestling would have been about 26 years ago, when the Undertaker was new hot shit and the Ultimate Warrior was just making WWF champion.

To answer your question 3 have won it from the 30 (second only to 27) position and it’s basically guranateed to be someone relevant.
They were:
2007 - The Undertaker
2008 - John Cena
2016 - Triple H

Number 13 (heh) tends to be the worst spot. I think 23 is the highest to never win it
