Thank you Funko. I look forward to this immensely.
Genuinely cannot work out who will be number 1 either.
Can you give us some general stats about votes per band etc too, or is that too revealing?
(Also, did we find out about the prediction of the bands who wouldn’t get a vote and whether that was correct?)
I haven’t recorded anything like that tbh. I use Excel on my phone and I’m not very good at all that stuff so it’ll just be the points total.

ah just checked the other thread.
So 4 acts got no votes.
@Steved care to tell us the 5 (?) you predicted would get no votes so we know if you were right or not at the end?
The bottom 4
The artists with 0 points are:
Adele
Basement Jaxx (Steved’s prediction)
Elvis Presley
Madness

I had this thought a minute ago
(remind me baby of you!)
I was just thinking: is it possible on Discourse to mark particular placemarks on a long thread? Today’s HGATR thread is likely to be very long, and I’m not going to be following it all day, and it would be nice to be able to skip to (say) the top 50 or whatever.
The “summarise” function is useful to an extent but this only gives you the most-liked posts.
Might be useful for AQOS as well.
Wonder after all this how “The Queen of Soul” Mr Elvis Presley will fare.

Kind of surprised by Madness except I guess there was a lot of negativity on the thread. Think dissers are a bit too young for the nostalgia vote and not like they’ve become canon.
