High Vis

Really getting in to this lot. Feel like they might have a bit of a crossover with new album. Three singles to date are superb

Blending was great. Looking forward to the new album but I haven’t heard any new tracks, holding for the album

Last album was a bit hit and miss for me, but dug it nonetheless. Will check this one out.

Really liked Blending, think Mind’s A Lie is properly great too - really interesting going so much cleaner with the music but still put against those raw hardcore vocals

Good at Glasto too, very passionate and heartfelt frontman. Feel they could mean a lot to some people or be a proper gateway band

Love this band but very weird, jarring live show. They look and behave like a hardcore band but every song sounded like Sally Cinnamon. Looking forward to the new album!

Yes, same trajectory as Eagulls (who were also great!).

Looking forward to seeing them in Feb - bought the tickets as much for the supporting Narrowhead but I’ve dug both their LPs…also waiting for LP release but v pleased to hear the positivity

Absolutely love this band. A friend recommended them saying that they sounds like post-hardcore Oasis which really put me off as I hate Oasis. It really works though, can see how they might not be for everyone but I love them.

The above track is quite the surprise when you do get round to it, I like it now but at first was a bit like “wtf?!”

They opened their outbreak set last year with What’s The Story Morning Glory? and it was terrific

Tour definitely seems to have been booked with that in mind, they’re playing SWX (1800 cap) when they’re in Bristol next year.

Not convinced by the singles from this album yet BUT given everything they’ve done upto this point I’d still be well chuffed for them if this is the crossover

Even though the last album is a masterpiece and should have done it

First album was amazing. Second one missed a bit of grit

there’s a shit local band called High Fade and I keep getting them mixed up with these guys and being disappointed when High Vis are actually not doing very small very local-to-me gigs smh

Think I’m a bit ‘meh’ about this at the moment after really looking forward to it. Nothing is reaching the highs () of Mind’s a Lie for me, the rest feels a bit business as usual. I do like Drop Me Out.

But, took a good while for Blending to get under my skin so I’m nowhere near writing it off just yet.
