I prefer aeropress but my flatmate prefers moka pot/understands how to make it, so that ends up being our default. Enjoy the strength of moka but never get any of the tasting notes that way
Switch between V60 and Aeropress depending on which method best suits the beans I’m using. By which I mean I’ll try each way once and decide that I can definitely, definitely tell the difference.
Our Moka pot rarely gets used as it’s not directly compatible with the induction hob. It’s possible to make it work but it’s almost as much faff to explain how to do it as it is to actually do it.
