No idea where I’m up to time wise, but planking every hour certainly helps the working day pass “only 20 minutes til I have to do it again?”
The biggest obstacle to getting to 5 mins on a plank has to be the sheer fucking tedium of it?
No matter how strong your core is, there has to be something more interesting you can do with your time.
