Slight latency. Sounds play ever so slightly later than theyre meant to which can be a bit distracting if you know the games well. Also a little less resolution and depth but compared to other megadrive emulators the sound is good. Megadrive sound hardware seems almost impossible to emulate properly

also while looking for the above I remembered the weird alternative angle you got for corners and goal kicks and penalties etc - iirc was impossible to save a penalty when you controlled the keeper
