I think the way forward for HGATR might be to draw seasons to a close soon and go again. Let’s see if Aretha can defend that title.
Always wondered about the “fuzzy logic” line in that. Did he borrow it from the Super Furries? I know Gruff toured with him and they became friends during the 00’s. I’d like to think so.

If I was being sent to an island and could only take the works of one of those artists I’d choose Bright Eyes in a heartbeat. We can argue what we mean by “good” when we talk about HGATR, maybe we all mean something different, but I’m totally fine with BE being placed higher than the ones Geoff said.
According to google, we’re talking “to be desired or approved of”. Lots of facets to that. I think the whole point of aggregating personal scores is to make something external to one person’s attachment though?We are of course all sadlads at heart.
