5/5, I love them, they got away is and has been my favourite song since 2009, I love it. I listened to them so much at one point, and their songs just make me feel happy to listen to. Idk if I just saw them too late into their careers but they don’t seem to be the most enthusiastic live act but that’s okay, you don’t have to be amazing live to make good music.

If you put a gun to my head and asked what my favourite ever song was, it would probably be Carry The Zero. first heard it on the soundtrack to one of the first skateboard VHS I owned, and watched that part to death. almost always have to replay it a few times if I’m listening to the album, just so euphoric when the last guitar part comes in. finally hearing it live on the recent Keep It Like A Secret tour was a life goal achieved! This is the ultimate conclusion I have come to, too. Reckon if I’d heard them properly between the years 1999 and 2006 I’d probably absolutely love them.
