Infinite is maybe my 4th favourite Mobb Deep album! Am actually still listening to it a fair bit. Don’t think anything else in the series (apart from De La Soul) even got a second spin, and I skipped the Big L one entirely.

I really like this De La Soul one, but it feels very ‘grand’ so I wonder how much replay it’ll get. Like the intro is amazing the first time, but I’m already skipping it on subsequent listens.

Do also like Infinite fwiw, and still have it in rotation. Goes down well, but it rarely reaches beyond tasteful comfort food for me. It’s definitely not disposable like the rest, but I’d probably have a hard time recommending it to anyone who wasn’t already a big Mobb Deep fan.
