All My Friends/Dance Yrself Clean/Losing My Edge have a fag paper between them. All perfect and wonderful

Quality control re: albums isnt the best, they’ve all got a duffer or two on them. Great live band, also extremely quotable which I like

4.5 rounding up to a 5 because I’m in a good mood

I only really vote when I can give a 5, and I have voted in this poll

Add NYILYBYBMD in there for me too. Agree with this post completely tbh. Albums tend to sag a bit and he comes out of Meet Me In The Bathroom seeming like a bit of a cunner, but I’ve gone with a 5, when it’s good, it’s really fucking good, and that bit when Dance Yrself Clean kicks in is one of my favourite moments in all music.

Sorry @Tuna didn’t mean all that to be in a reply!

Is that a wave or a 5?

You even gotta ask?

Thought you might just be making a grand entrance!

Nah, that would’ve been

Only gonna announce my score in emojis now.

I’ll try giving some of their stuff another listen tomorrow but they’ve never breached ‘okay’ for me

Basically @tuna 's sentiments but falling on the rounding down side.

I love it so so so so much

Each album is a bit of a slog, but the high points are iconic. I was definitely in The Target Audience when Sound of Silver came out and amongst my friend groups it was universally adored. So many fond memories being fucked up and singing along. Sounds very tacky but All My Friends used to go down incredibly well at a late night sesh.

A playlist of top 20 LCD tracks makes for a fairly incredible mix, far better than most bands. So they get a 4 from me, anything less seems harsh.

5 one of my favourite bands of all time. Somehow have got better live with time and somehow went away then came back without having lost anything.

They maybe a bit knowing and the references are obvious but, then you listen to them and it doesn’t matter.

How the fuck did James Murphy come up with Dance Yrself Clean, forcing you to turn it up then as it kicks off breaking your speakers.

Comfortably one of my favourite bands ever. Top 3, definitely.

Some duff tracks and the last album was a let down.
But! An amazing live band and when they are good, no one can touch them.
