Think the problem I have with the whole weighted voting thing is it assumes that an album which has been heard by more people will have a more accurate score. Not sure that’s true. I think that I agree with @anon19035908 that as long as they reach a certain threshold of votes an artist’s score is fair game.

Which is not to say you shouldn’t have done what you did - it’s an interesting comparison and thank you for taking the time to do it. I just disagree with the calls to make that mechanism the actual leaderboard

wrote about the bleakness of growing up working class in Ohio
complained about dumb idiots on the internet
complained about all the shootings in the US

plenty of great stuff on a variety of issues, I appreciate the music and artistic use of boredom is too much for some people to see through

You’re right Kozelek is helpful, and made sure Snapes and The War On Drugs knew who he was singing about at least.
