If you’ve never listened to the Cure how do you know your time could be better served by listening to anything else? The Cure have a ton of brilliant songs!

Admittedly they did release some absolutely fab albums, hit their peak many decades ago and it’s been diminishing returns ever since, but then who has a problem with bands like that?

I dunno if they are excellent live. I saw that one gig that was great but then I tried to get through the albums and it was terrible.

Today and Bullet with Butterfly Wings compared to the rest of their catalogue and Billy’s behaviour and singing? Nah mate.

You should check out Fugazi and PJ Harvey. You probably won’t like them but you never know.
