Fuming
The forum cannot cope with this level of raw eroticism before midday.
I know, the double of Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe is a lot to handle
The start of Burn when the nylon string and drums come in is awesome. Really smooth, punchy drums and quite a pretty melody. Used to just play the first minute or so of that track and keep winding it back
Love this sort of thing.
only came into this thread to see if you’d done your ‘Usher wrote his own dialogue for hustlers!’ bit. You never disappoint.
You know what, I don’t think he’s a real man of the cloth.
Fairly talented, minus 1 point for Yeah, minus 2 points for making Justin Beiber a thing. Going to have to be a 2 sorry.
Can’t say I know mucher about Usher
He did all those weird paintings of stairs and that.
very slick mover though isn’t he? remember that bit in one of his videos where he sort of falls over, but it’s on purpose and then he dances out of it? that was good - might be the one where he’s in some sort of warehouse environment.
Dreadful
Saw Bryan Wilson at T in the Park one time when it was over in Kinross (screenshot attached for those not up on their Scottish geography) and he finished the set saying “GOODNIGHT, GLASGOW!”
I saw The Strokes do this as well there! Presumably its the airport they fly into?
I mean maybe but Edinburgh is definitely the bigger airport of the two, as well as being the much closer city if you were going to take a wild stab at guessing where you were!
Didn’t like how he was mean to T Pain on that airplane.
But Shane MacGowan is a huge fan of ‘Yeah!’ so I’ll bump him up a mark.
Black Eyed Peas said “London, make some noise” when they played…Glastonbury which I think is a particularly erroneous example of this.
had a friend at school who was big into Usher, really liked Jackass and Blink 182 as well. Intense guy.
As was the style at the time
spent a year in the states in 2004/05, reckon i heard Yeah! at least twice a day, everyday. despite never intentionally listening to it. never seen a song be so ubiquitous for so long before or since
