Relistening to FTT for the first time in ages. Still absolutely love the sound of it but it’s got more filler than I remember. When it’s good it’s very, very good though

First album is very good, second album is pretty good, can only remember the singles from the third and I assumed the fourth would be terrible from the artwork.

Picked up the first two in Poundland about 6 months ago, hadn’t listened to them in years before that. Y Control is probably the best song but Pin gives me a heap of nostalgia as it’s the only song from the first album I remember actually hearing at the time when my brother had it taped off of Radio 1

Should probably go 3, I don’t think I’m into them enough for a 4

Hmm… cake

4/5

Fever to Tell’s great.

Just remembered how bizarre it is that the Is Is EP has songs called Down Boy and Kiss Kiss and neither of them is a Holly Valance cover.

Gone with a 4. Show Your Bones is still my favourite of theirs, think it just resonates with me on a deeper level than the other records. Fever to Tell is still a blast though, a real jolt of energy. Shame about Mosquito. Saw them live on the It’s Blitz tour and they were electric, just jam after jam after jam.

Would be intrigued by new material. Also didn’t Brian have like an instrumental like jazz side project or have completely made that up? Must check that it out if that’s a thing.

Great feature here too:

As a a fuck son you sucked

All downhill after that first ep for me but that was a 7 out of 5 so they get a 4

Oh yeah, forgot about that one. Haven’t listened to the album in ages actually.

Errr not sure on that at all but then that might be because I can’t stand Zeppelin :grimacing:

Fond memories of Karen bashing a baguette to bits on stage in Manchester.
(That is not a euphemism)

Some great singles, a couple of great albums, a brilliant frontwoman.
Reckon they scrape a 4 for me.

Still stands up I reckon - I come back to this track often

FTT is decent yeah. A middling 3, never did catch them live

That’s a great tune (I would of posted it up if you hadn’t)

Honestly struggling to deal with someone called @wizardlizard not being into Led Zep.

I am extremely impressed you can name a Holly Valance song that isn’t Kiss Kiss
