The reunion show at the Forum was… I mean it was both amazing and dull because it really was just like the record, not a sliver of wild live energy really present. I mean not that there’s room for that in a lot of their stuff but there are times when different things could happen?
I dunno, there is just something about a live gig that can really have extra and times when it’s just mechanical and this was really the latter. But at the same time it was Slint.
