the pay off was one of my favourite wcw moments, jericho was such a prick for so long he got dean malenko this monster pop (number 2 if the timestamp hasn’t worked)
Probably a heretic view - he’s a 3.5 for me. He’s obviously a star, hugely talented and has a great understanding of the “business”, but I don’t think I’ve ever popped for his work.
Walls of Jericho is a good name for a finisher on first impression but given the walls of Jericho famously collapsed and proved ineffective in defending the city, it doesn’t really make much sense.
He’s verged on actual arrogance recently trying to defend AEW, but he’s been so good for so long he can pass this off as being a work (and to be fair has kinda earned that status)
