Aye, and the guy who won it wasn’t the guy who was supposed to win it so they didn’t know what to do with him

He’s a 2 lads, stop being so nostalgic. He was a nice guy and his only good match is the WarGames one which isn’t even all that much to do with him

The DSOTR of this is good. Bart Gunn has aged awfully but in a natural rather than drug ravaged way. Rather than looking haggard, he just looks about 70

Abstain. Remember the gimmick and whatever, but have no idea about his actual wrestling

maybe it all blurred into one for me, didn’t get much wrestlin on terrestrial tv in the 90s anyway so doubt I knew what any storyline was all about

to be fair it was Vince Russo Attitude era, nobody did.

just looking at tiger ali singh’s wiki page wow fuck the WWE!

" He also accused other WWE wrestlers of frequently calling him “taxi driver”, and that he was the victim of a stunt in 1999 where his turban was stuffed with garbage."

jesus! I knew he had heat but I didn’t realise it was actual full blown racism

Tiger Ali SIngh gets shit on as a wrestler but he was fine, they just gave him the Million Dollar Man gimmick

The thing with Jim Johnston or whatever he was called is GRATUITOUS CYMBALS, so so many cymbals and they’d be so great if he pared back even a little

Enjoyed Corporate Boss Man quite a lot in hindsight but don’t think I did at the time because he was actually a pretty good heel. Pretty consistent in being good as his character ever when the ring work was lacking and felt like he was always at least a solid undercard performer. His Titantron was genuinely brilliant too.

Big Bossman scores 3.1 a late couple of votes putting him just ahead of Steiner lol.

Normal service resumes tomorrow
