like in all honesty the wire really downplays how racist and corrupt the BPD is but itā€™s still a heartbreaking work of staggering genius

Thought season 9 of the comics is pretty good, the rest have their moments but overall is a mess, this anya is in the boom comics reboot set in present day with them back at high school, it is bad, donā€™t mind them updating it but they got the essence of it and all the characters all wrong

Have you read the Angels comics? I get really confused with the chronology. I have After The Fall in hardback but havenā€™t read it yet.

Iā€™ve got the first IDW one but donā€™t remember much about it, think it is not highly rated, when it moved over to dark horse it is part of the buffy ā€˜seasonsā€™, think season 9 is half ā€˜angel and faithā€™ if you havenā€™t already try and get the hardback library editions as they collect the supplementary willow and spike mini series, season 9 is really sprawling

So is the Faith/Angel itā€™s own series or part of Buffy?

I basically stopped reading at the big reveal of who Twilight was cos I thought, oh shit, I probably needed to read After The Fall before I read this. So actually maybr Iā€™m just at the end of series 8. TV buys me 1 or 2 of the comics for birthday/Christmas so I have about half of series 9 but donā€™t think Iā€™ve started it.

Gonna check my goodreadsā€¦

Yeah season 9 of buffy includes the buffy series, the angel and faith series, and the willow and spike mini serieses, they are all part of the same story but you donā€™t really need to read them all to follow it
