voted Suarez partly cos of recency bias and partly cos it felt like he elevated the players around him in the way that the others didn’t, Daniel Sturridge scored 21 league goals that season ffs

don’t remember enough about that Henry season to distinguish it from his other ones though, and he’s comfortably the best ever PL player overall
