Really love curry so a 10 from me. Growing up I didn’t so much, my mum would make this mild masala but was still too spicy for me, but thankfully I grew up and became a bit of a spice warrior dickhead
As a main I’ll jump between having either a jalfrezi, vindaloo or phall. My local place has a chefs special called the naga viper or something which is probably a little less hot than a phall but more flavoursome if anything.
Will get a side of saag paneer with it as well, again my local has a “sweet” or “spicy” option, if I’ve gone hotter than a jalfrezi I’ll get the sweet one for balance.
Otherwise garlic naan, pilau rice and sometimes onion bhajis. Love poppadoms too, mmm mmm mmmmm
