I LOVE butter but I really don’t have it in that many sandwiches - straight jam for me, or whatever other topping

Gluten-free bread used to taste like shoes, but the Tesco Free From brown bread’s incredible. Probably the best high street loaf, which people might turn their noses up at, sure, but not everybody can afford to pay £4 for a sourdough. It’s sort of cake-like. Smear a bit of full fat Lurpak on that. Mmmmmmmm.

Also, people who don’t have butter on sandwiches should be publicly flogged. Up there with the “…actually, i’m such an adult i don’t have sugar in my tea” crew. Round all these people up and stick 'em on the Isle of Wight or something, we don’t need 'em.

Okay, off to work, cya.

(5/10 not great)

It could be worse, when that song came out I misheard it as “panda jizz.” And nobody wants that on a sandwich, not even Catfish and the Bottlemen

I’ve taken to using mayo in place of butter or another spread on my sandwiches.

It’s good folks, we love to see it.

I still haven’t heard a note by that band so am convinced they don’t exist.

Oh no now you are on my list of enemies

Butter on the cheese side.
Mayo on the salad side.

One of humanity’s greatest triumphs.

Just a shame the UK’s are mostly bollox on the worst bread possible. (Not actual testicles, that’s for ne’erdowells like Catfish and the Bottlemen)

9/10.

They make passable shambolic indie pop if you’re into that kinda thing, but are more famous for their awful sandwiches.

Butter on both sides, mayo on the non-fillimg side.
