Partial to some fajitas from time to time, but not a great fan of the soggy nachos somebody always orders for everyone in a restaurant.

Donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve had anything that resembles authentic Mexican food but i like the imitation stuff Iโ€™ve had.

Really hard to get good Mexican food in the UK.

Love a sopa de tortilla. Love a lot of their street food. Solid 8/10.

Another 10 from me

Soft tacos are the perfect food form I think.

Canโ€™t beat a good burrito.

I miss huevos rancheros.

I would just like to let people know that Taco Queen in Peckham and El Cartel in Edinburgh are both excellent places to eat Mexican food

Love it. Even bad Mexican tends to be pretty, pretty good.

The only exception is nachos. Fuck nachos. Especially when cheese has been grated on the top and toasted so you end up with a congealed mess and canโ€™t pick up a single chip and loads of them have been burnt. OR salsa/sour cream has been dolloped on and the nachos go soggy.

I know weโ€™re sold mostly a tex-mex bastardisation of things but I do love it

That dry chipotle heat is one of my favourite sensations

at last, a 10.

Iโ€™ve I could only eat one cuisine for the rest of my life it would be Italian or Mexican by a country mile. Not sure on hard tacos but otherwise love all variations - burritos are god tier hangover food and making up your own basic quesadillas for brunch is always a treat

  1. Itโ€™s good stuff.

Itโ€™s alright. I like it, I canโ€™t think of an occasion where Iโ€™ll be like โ€œcor, could really fucking go a Mexican right nowโ€ though.

Old El Paso are a reliable elevator of midweek blandery, Iโ€™ll say that much for the lads.

Iโ€™d just like to voice my concern over the fact that โ€˜Mexicanโ€™ is a nationโ€™s cuisine and incongruous to everything else in the list. Itโ€™s like there are NO RULES now, just no rules and how can we enjoy ourselves if this is the case?!!

Yet again, I love Mexican food. I love eating it. I love making it. The cuisine that contains burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas is already gonna score high, but add in pico de gallo and sopa de lima just as an example and youโ€™ve got a ten.

Great work Mexican food. I love you
