Also tried out mozzarella on the top of the lasagna on Saturday. Tasty and absolute filth, unsurprisingly

Might make seafood lasagna this week :yum:

There’s a chippy in Kirkintilloch that does a lasagna supper.

My maw’s home-made lasagne, crispy-topped: 9.9/10

Any ready meal lasagne, horse or not: 4.4/10

That lasagne sandwich from Tesco a few years back: beyond offensive

It’s the best normal dinner, pound-for-pound. But the ceiling for a normal dinner is 8/10

9/10 for a homemade jobber, 3/10 for the fact that it exists on pub menus. Sticking with 9/10 for the score though. Lasagna is the ultimate comfort food imo.

Also, weird we did Mexican as a category yesterday and lasagna gets its own thread. Not a dig, just interested to see what the aggregated scores of all the Italian food stuffs compare to the Mexican score

Will probably just throw the rest in as ‘pasta’ tbh.

One of humanity’s top achievements, which makes it particularly disappointing there’s so many shit ones out there. 8/10

Gets a bonus point for cheese

Will we be doing blanket cuisines for other nations? and will any of the foods covered in cuisines we’ve covered be covered separately?

Edit: sorry, I see some of these questions have already been asked in this thread, didn’t mean to pile on

I enjoy my lasagne with a crispy fresh side salad
