The stuff you get in a little plastic tub from the supermarket is often really shit but it’s actually really tasty imo

Just for the records (available as an anthology this Christmas), I have had hummus from supermarkets, homemade and made by professional chefs. It’s all rubbish.

The Landlord at the Carriage House on Huddersfield Road did the best Hummus I have ever had. Used to have it with chips as a kid. Fucking bangin
