Zoom calls have made me realise that I have my shoulders hunched up a lot of the time, presumably out of anxiety/tension. Sometimes I’ll remember this, at any time of day, put them down, and it feels instantly relieving. Cheers.
Have been practicing good posture lately, the really effective thing I’ve heard that works is shoulders up, back then down, chin forward then up

Yeah me too, probably due to being real tall and that. Might be what’s lead to all my back problems
